Drop off
Dog must not be dropped off more than 15 minutes before their appointment time, unless requested by a member of staff. Drop off 30 minutes or more before appointment will result in a holding fee charge of £5 for every 30 minutes Please arrive on time for your appointment if you are running late please inform us as soon as possible. If you are 15 minutes late or more you may lose your appointment and deposit and asked to re-book.
Collection
Please attempt to collect your dog within 15 minutes of being notified that they are ready. Failure to collect our dog within 30 minutes of your dog being ready will result in a holding fee charge of £5 for every 30 minutes your dog is left in our care. We are not a dog daycare service.
